The staff is responsible here, the services are good, and location is unbeatable not far from masjid, alhamdulilah, the grand mosque. Don't forget to explore Central Madinah district

It was a relaxing base for our best stay. The hotel had very good location and rooms. Location near Masjid, Haram mosque.

The staff was extremely accommodating and the room was absolutely fabulous, warm. There was lots of food, in general it was fresh! Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a perfect view. Early check-in and exceptional customer service. Also, bilal ibn rabah mosque was 1 mile away from the property.

It was a superb experience overall. Fairly clean and the staff was SUPPORTIVE. The family queen room was absolutely perfect with climate control and flat-screen television. Pleasant view from the window, comfy bed.

The stuff was very polite, room was big size. They made my stay good. Had lunch/dinner at Islamabad Restaurant, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
