The staff were caring, customer-focused. The room was fashionable & cozy with soundproofed windows. Early check in and outstanding service. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was free. I had a such wonderful stay at this well-maintained hotel.
Shame the bathroom was very small.

We found out reasonable prices in the hotel. A little noisy venue, yet there were very good staff and location. The bar was excellent.

Very special overall experience. Good hot breakfast, superb service. Good lobby. Btw, it has paid parking. It has a typical location close to the mosque. Also, you can walk to Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque.

Breakfast was rich and the team was particularly helpful. The room was great and absolutely lovely, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Ideal location, just a walk down to car parking. It took us 25 minutes to drive to this high class accommodation from the airport.

fabulous place! bkfast staff were happy to help. perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to the holy quran exhibition. i enjoyed bright room with a very tidy bathroom. the staff did all they can for a lovely stay. furthermore, the free wifi was available most of the time.

Very tidy place, wonderful location, respectful staff. Restaurant was near the hotel and they provided Malaysian meals. I loved that the bed was extra comfy. I asked the reception staff for help, and they resolved my problems.
