picture perfect, premier property. the breakfast was excellent, there was lots of food to chose from. this venue provided private parking. the staff were very warm and it took us 20 minutes' walk to reach downtown. explored al-baqi', that is located relatively close to the hotel.
Communication was challenging, wi-fi signal was very weak.

Our favorite hotel in Medina, staff was very nice! The location was beautiful, non-smoking rooms and a branded property. Our rooms were spaceous and tidy. Walking distance to stores and a market across the street. Restaurant was close to the hotel and they provided Asian meals. Fast check-in.
