Our stay was splendid, good value. The location was isolated and the view was INCREDIBLE, the service was outstanding. Air-conditioned room, comfy bed. There were fruit, pancakes, hot waffles, scrambled eggs and slices of fresh bread for breakfast every day. Liked fast check-in and easy check-out.

Though some of the staff were very unfriendly, I had a really comfortable stay. Shops and a market were right next door. And only 20 minutes walking to downtown. In the restaurant they served Turkish cuisine dishes. Excellent quality place to stay while in Medina...
Communication was challenging, signal was very weak.

My experience at this strategic hotel was really lovely! Spotless venue with empathetic staff, good value. Room was basic double and very well decorated, bed was spacious. The swim-up bar in the hotel had lots of hot juices, cocktails and gins throughout the day.
