The stay here was wonderful for the price. The rooms were for 4 beds, liked it. Magnificent and favourable location, walking distance to Bin Dawood.
There were no dishes.

For a 3 star hotel everything was good, I appreciated to be here. I booked a triple room for 3 nights and had a great stay. The location was marvellous, minute walk from Bin Dawood. The property was located about 20 minutes walk from the city center.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Every time I stay in Medina, I choose this place. Staff and location are perfect, I liked it. Cooperative staff team is especially at reception desk. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

I loved the Medieval-style building, great room. Lots of supplies in the room: terrace, coffee and free tea. The staff were particularly helpful. American breakfast was with eggs, cheese, sausages, appetizers and hot waffles. Efficient location, within walking distance of saqifah bani saidah.
