Staff is polite, breakfast relatively cheap, location is decent not far from mazaia mall, the destination Haram mosque and restaurants at the back side of hotel.

Unique rooms and fantastic service - just as we expected. Staff was always available and very attentive, they treated us like family. We loved eggs and bread at breakfast. The airport was 12 miles away from here, top location. Fine check-in, simple check-out. It made our trip to Medina the best experience.

Perfect base for exploring Medina. Extremely helpful staff, fairly clean rooms, incredibly beautiful views. I loved the Arabic cuisine served here. It was close to the airport, within 20 min drive or so.
