i loved the property and very good staff and rooms. the room was neat with two separate beds and had a mini bar, a stone fireplace and central heating. the restaurant was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Had an excellent stay here. Brilliant staff and the place was fairly clean. I got free upgrade and loved it. Very quick check-in and great customer service. The hotel was located just next door to the Prophet's Mosque and Masjid.

The hotel is fairly clean, I loved its fantastic location and staff. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too. It also has free internet and small parking. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Islamabad Restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I booked a quadruple room, it was cosy and had an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. Breakfast was lovely as expected. Tidy and small hotel in Central Madinah district.

we loved the very helpful staff and the location was spectacular. breakfast was included, that was a bonus.
Facilities were wonderful, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Beautifully kept, tidy place and tranquil area. There was a small restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. Also, al masjid a nabawi mosque was 1 km away, perfectly reachable. Early check-in and the staff was wonderful!

We had a very very good 2 nights stay. Plenty of very tasty options for meal. The staff created a warm atmosphere. The location was REALLY CONVENIENT very close to prophets mosque. Besides, excellent for visiting saqifah bani saidah.
There was no wifi which we expected.
