My favourite property in Medina. The room I booked was upgraded due to my gold status and available with a partial Haram view, 4 single beds plus WiFi. Location: the hotel was next to the holy mosque and resturants.

Cool enough and very specious room, spacious beds, large breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff were ready to help, always amenable. The juice bar in the hotel had lots of hot delicious drinks, juices, great cocktails and martini throughout the day. Unbeatable location to king fahd gates.

The hotel was cool and exactly what we needed. We got an upgrade to a nicely decorated room with terrace and TV set. Service was fantastic, staff - gentle. Reasonable value, and the location was pleasant for exploring Medina.

Everything was simply just perfect. Luxury hotel with extremely helpful staff and a really delicious breakfast. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. There were a market and stores around the property. Also, main attraction such as bilal ibn rabah mosque was 1 mile from this hotel. Early check-in, late check-out.

such a wonderful experience. there were soft beds and a minibar, an ironing set and a tv set with satellite channels in the king guest room. brilliant service everywhere too. you could walk to supermarket and a convenience shop.
