I loved the place due to staff and location. Found in the pretty comfortable area very close to shops and the masjid al nabawi and Prophet Mohammed mosque. It was also a short walk to Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque.

comfortable location, very very good breakfast, staff was very supportive. i loved that the room was good and came with wi-fi, flat-screen tv and terrace. the hotel was ideally situated. also, the venue was not too far away from al masjid an nabawi mosque. the downstairs bar was executive and the drinks were mixed.

Quite helpful staff, appropriate and pretty big rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Really comfortable bed. Central location, just a short walk away from Koran Museum. Moreover, the area was shopping.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.
