Nothing to complain about, the venue met all requests, totally recommend it. I liked every detail about my pleasant 1 night stay here. In my a twin room I had essentials needed, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, had clean bathroom. Checkin was good.

This hotel was good home base for exploring Medina, liked it. My room included air conditioning, hairdryer and closet space. The bed was super and the bathroom - luxurious. Irish bar and staff was fantastic.

It was a very comfortable experience, great value. Room was non-smoking and non-smoking, lovely beds. Amazing service and a great pool onsite. Tidy and respectable hotel in Central Madinah district. There was a delightful restaurant just a short walk away from the venue.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

A fully booked hotel in Medina. Staff were absolutely courteous & breakfast was very decent. The room was big size and nonsmoking, and the beds were comfy. Very suitable location and friendly service in the venue.
Facilities were basic, nevertheless wi-fi was very poor.
